Devour at the Dyehouse is a vibrant Italian-inspired restaurant situated beside the serene River Holme. Housed within a beautifully restored historic dyehouse, Devour is renowned for its seasonal menus, sustainably sourced local ingredients and warm, inviting atmosphere. At this year’s festival, the team will be serving handmade pasta prepared in a Parmesan wheel alongside a selection of rich, homemade ragùs.
