Born out of a street food truck serving wood fired pizzas at local events, weddings and parties we now have a permanent home. So Dough Pizzeria which can be found in the centre of Holmfirth. This home consists of a relaxed environment to enjoy an ever-changing seasonal menu of small plates, Neapolitan pizzas & homemade desserts. Served alongside a selection of good quality wines and local beers. Our pizzaiolos serve up fresh to order Neapolitan pizza using premium quality British and Italian ingredients throughout our menu. We have found no better flavour than a pizza cooked from a wood fired oven. There has been extensive taste testing! The combination of heat, smoke and cooking time give a truly unique flavour.
